Not acrobatics, not spiritual gymnastics: breath, energy, presence. For those who find regular yoga stops at stretching.
Tantra yoga looks very little like a conventional yoga class. The posture matters less than what happens inside while you hold it, and much of the work is breath and attention. People who come looking for a stretching class are surprised; people who come looking to feel something stay.
Private sessions adapted to your level, or groups of six people maximum. With more than that you cannot really correct and accompany anyone, and crowded classes are the opposite of what this practice needs.
Energy work and applied pranayama, not as a decoration at the end of class but as the centre of the session. Less obsession with the perfect posture, more attention to what moves inside when the breathing changes.
Tantra yoga for two: synchronising breath, holding a gaze, moving with someone else. It tends to be the gentlest way into couples work for people who are curious but would rather not start with something more intense.
Classes in Palma, or travel to your home, villa or hotel anywhere on the island. If you are staying outside Palma on holiday, it is the easiest way to keep the practice going during your stay.
No. We work from where you are and postures get adapted. Flexibility is neither the goal nor the requirement; attention and breathing are, and both are trainable from day one.
In the focus. A conventional class centres on the sequence of postures; here it is breath and energy, with the posture as support. It also moves a great deal more slowly.
Yes, and it works well. Plenty of people alternate tantra yoga for their own practice with massage for receptive work. It can be arranged as a combined programme.
