We are looking for trained massage professionals who want to work tantra properly: an agreed rate per session, written terms and real support while you learn the method. We hire craft, not looks.
Swedish, therapeutic, ayurvedic, Thai or tantric massage. A certificate or a track record you can talk us through.
English and Spanish at minimum. German will multiply your sessions — it is our second market.
Employment contract or self-employed status, whichever suits you. We sort it out together, in writing.
Holding a session, reading the person in front of you, and stopping when stopping is the right call.
You know what you earn before you go. No commission on anything that happens inside the session — which is precisely what we do not do.
If you come from therapeutic massage and tantra is new to you, the training is on us.
You set the days and the areas. Nothing is assigned without your confirmation.
Home and hotel visits are paid on top of the session, mileage included.
