It is the question almost nobody answers on their website, which is why you end up messaging five places to get a number. Here are the real market figures for Mallorca, what each range includes, and what to look at before you look at the price.
Rates in Mallorca vary a lot from one place to another, and that spread almost never reflects quality: it reflects duration and format. A one-hour session and a two-hour ritual are not the same service with a different label, even when the website advertises them the same way. On top of that comes whether the session happens at a studio or where you are staying, because travel is charged by some and included by others. Before comparing figures, compare what is inside each one.
Comparing by the hour is misleading. A well-given tantra massage spends the first fifteen or twenty minutes getting the body to slow down: breathing, slow contact, no technique yet. In a sixty-minute session that preparation eats a third of the time and the rest runs rushed. That is why the honest format starts at ninety minutes, and why two hours usually beat one even when the hourly rate looks worse.
It should include the full session, the equipment — table, clean linen, warmed oil — and the conversation beforehand where the frame gets agreed. If you are charged separately for the initial conversation, for oil, or for 'extras' that were not explained up front, you are not dealing with a professional. And travel must be stated before you book, not on arrival.
Be wary of a rate far below market if the site also does not say who will be treating you, does not explain the session's frame, and publishes no real photo. In this sector a low price usually comes with short sessions, improvised equipment and deliberate vagueness about what the service includes. It costs more in wasted time than it saves in euros.
Three questions settle most of it before booking anywhere: exactly how long the session lasts, what it includes and what it does not, and who is giving it. If all three are answered clearly in writing before you pay, the price becomes the easy part. If any is met with evasion, the price is irrelevant because you will not go back.
On the length, the format, and whether the session is at a studio or where you are staying. Very low rates almost always mean an hour or less; very high ones are paying for duration, not a different technique.
Usually yes. The norm in Mallorca is It is included in the agreed price.
If you plan to return, yes — a pack always works out better than single sessions. If it is your first time, book one and decide afterwards.
